This form is not a guarantee of service. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation. We reserve the right to terminate a custom order request for any reason at any time for a full refund. Payments are paid in full, ahead, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Should a deposit be collected for a custom order, it is non-refundable and will not be returned if you cancel your order. If you decide to cancel an active custom order and production has not yet begun, you may, however, transfer your deposit to another purchase within our store. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. If your order has already been started, your cancelation will result in a forfeited deposit and the product will be listed for public sale. Remaining balance will be collected before any personalization is started. For this reason, the full amount will be deemed non refundable if cancelation occurs after personalization has begun.
